Morning weight: 112.6

Today I Ate:

  1. Bamboo and bit of rice
  2. Bowl of tomato veggie soup
  3. Med-big bowl of red bean soup
  4. 1 cup of lemon spearmint green tea

Exercise:

  1. Stretch vid (before eating)
  2. Intense butt (before eating)

Woke up sore — below armpits towards back area, back near spine, shoulders. Butt’s a bit sore but only feel the soreness when going up the stairs. My abs are harder! Yesterday I did Bikini body twice, and stretch, and legilates. Posture looks better today and butt’s sticking out more and perkier and back is curved and I can stand taller.

Todays morn weight: 113.2 (WOAA! i’ve gained weight. too much sushi and food heh heh xD )

Today I Ate:

  1. Lemongrass spearmint green tea
  2. Bowl of edamame
  3. Water!
  4. Bowl of warm red bean soup
  5. 6 soup wontons (veggies mostly)
  6. 2 chocolates (3 musketeers and snickers)
  7. Some seasoned hot pot chicken, some fried chicken
  8. Good amt of rice
  9. Qing cai (chinese spinach?)
  10. Tomato and veggie soup
  11. Orange
  12. HUGE bowl of red bean soup (cold)
  13. Glass of milk

My exercise:

  1. Random bend and butt lifts!
  2. Some leg lifts
  3. Weight loss vid 2x
  4. Legilates
  5. Stretch
  6. Insane butt
  7. My own random butt moves!
